After decades of baking, heaven rewarded him with Cedric, a flying dog who he raised with care during his final days. And with his grandson, Mark, looking after his bakery, he proudly watches UpTown from heaven above.

A freshly graduated programmer and game developer, but inherited his Grampa Norberto’s bakery after he passed away. He and Cedric are best friends and try their best to run Norberto’s bakery and continue his legacy.

A flying dog that heaven sent to Norberto the Baker. He was raised with love, care, community, broccoli, hotdogs, cookies, and pumpkin pie. When Norberto passed away, Cedric made it his mission to help and bring joy to as many UpTown citizens as possible to honor Norberto.

Granny Alejandra’s cat. Abrasive and sometimes aggressive to humans, Josh only lets Granny Alejandra pet him. But when Cedric came along, he became jealous of all the attention he’s getting and thinks all his helping as nuisance. He secretly wants to be adored and petted like Cedric… but he still doesn’t want to be touched.

UpTown’s resident hairdresser, she attracts many customers with her pleasing personality. When Norberto passed away, she noticed the bakery becoming less lively. She decided to help Mark and Cedric attract customers to the bakery.

A ballerina during her prime, and an all round sweet old lady. She and Norberto have been friends since they were children, and their children married and had Mark. She frequents the bakery and teaches Mark about baking, Cedric about moving gracefully, and Rona about attracting customers.
